Refund Overview

Grab Multimedia works to deliver quality video and motion graphic services. Refunds are evaluated based on the stage of production and the work already completed.

Before work begins

If you request cancellation before production starts, we will review the payment and refund amount. Transaction fees and administrative costs may be deducted.

Once work begins

After editing or motion work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the scope completed. We will communicate clearly and offer revisions when possible.

Delivered content

Completed and delivered video or graphics assets are typically not refundable. Revisions are managed within the agreed plan scope.

Support and dispute resolution

If you are unhappy with deliverables, please contact us so we can assess your request and provide revisions or alternatives where appropriate.
